We can assist participants to develop and build their skills, promote their choices, and encourage them to be self-reliant by promoting their growth and freedom in developing the necessary skills for their self-sustenance, such as assistance in assessing employment opportunities, maintaining structure, transport, orientation, developing and mirroring positive behaviours, social cues, employment support and coordination among others.
